Get Involved
Donate
- Small donations pay for books and materials to support resident training.
- Large donations provide scholarships to current residents to offset their participant fee.
- Larger grants support expansion to new cities and development of new curriculum.
Contributions of any size can be made directly to UTC.
Volunteer
UTC welcomes interested volunteers at our national office, our Washington, D.C./Baltimore offices and with our district/charter partners and schools. The Human Capital team can also arrange alternative spring break trips. Contact us.
Advocate
UTC impacts the movement to change how teachers are prepared, credentialed, hired, and evaluated by requiring demonstration of improving student achievement. Contact your local school system, state licensing agency, teacher’s union and elected officials to advocate for new policies and initiatives that evaluate teacher training programs and credentials based on demonstration of improving student achievement.
